Headland PM Services has experience of forming and leading multidisciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle, from the initial development of the project brief/scope followed by the development of the technical options/solutions, planning, commercial (estimates, budget setting/management), procurement strategy, contract compilation, resource planning, stakeholder, risk and construction management strategies.
